Primus Canada bad customer service !

I have finally given up trying to contact this people. After cancelling my service as of August 23rd 2006 they are still billing me for my home service.
I tried to contact the CEO Ted Chislet (sp?) with no response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

...oh and I have faxed their legal department now three times and I still get direct mailings and e-mail...if only I was a lawyer.
